"Dancing in the Rain" is about my journey through life while trying to stay positive. I spent the first 30 years of my life concerned more with my outward appearance. Now, 40, I'm on a new journey, relentlessly working towards my own self discovery. Loving the person I am today, eager to work on the areas I need to change and embracing each new challenge. Never being afraid to step outside of myself and always being REAL!! God has given me the gift of encouragement and I give it all I can. I've been blessed with a core group of who I affectionately call my "sisterhood" that I cherish and pray for daily. You will read more about my journey than my own personal family. My hope is to encourage others to step outside themselves, don't wait to tell those you care about how you feel each day and to always be REAL!

Married to Scott for nearly 10 years and we have 2 beautiful daughters. My outlet is anything that allows me to express myself creatively!!! I love being outdoors, I'm a nervous box of energy so you won't hear me discussing the lastest drama or sitcom. The only show/reality viewing I will commit to is American Idol!
